Program:
Busuu.com started in 2008 and is an online community of people interested in learning languages at levels ranging from A1 to B2. User can do exercises and can have these corrected by other users, study multimedia moduls and communicate with native speakers via video chat. Users can also join specific online groups and post on the busuu blog. Registration at basic level is free of charge. Premium membership is not free of charge, but offers additional functionalities.

Results:

In 2009, busuu won the European Language Label for innovative projects in language learning.

Future:

Add Catalan to the language repertoire
